The tilt of Earth Axis

According to information from Ms. Polsommeiyas of the Earth Council, the axis of the Earth tilts by 2 degrees against the former vertical axis. This tilt, caused by attraction force by an unknown big planet, will be kept as it is until 24 September, 2016 when the pole shifts. Construction works will be almost impossible because measurement of horizontal and vertical positions cannot be precise.
